Did anyone ever watch Class of 3000? It’s a show that was produced by and starred Andre 3000, about a class of musically gifted kids at a performing arts school. This show was definitely different than a lot of other cartoons, but the element that really set it apart from others was its full musical sequences of original jazz, blues, and funk songs that feel rich and unique in this pop and hip-hop saturated culture. This show emphasized characters and character relationships, which the music highlighted.
Unfortunately, the show only lasted two seasons after someone sued Andre 3000, saying that 3000 stole his idea for this show. Cartoon Network has since pretty much erased all trace of this show from the actual network and its website. Truly underrated cartoon taken before its time.

I loved this show so much. Like seriously all these kids were so different and unique and even though the only thing they all had in common was music and the love for it they had deep friendships and it sorta reminds me the friends i’ve made in band
