this is probably my favorite scene in the movie because of the look of held-back horror on hiccup’s face after he takes that deep breath and just stares at Toothless, like he’s asking if it’s actually real, that he really doesn’t have his leg anymore

and then Toothless just looks down at his leg and up at him and helps him walk out the door with his fucked up tail and they’re broken on the same side and gOD it was so gOOD
