Please take care of yourselves guys running and exercise won’t break your knees the first time you do it and even walking or stretching will make you feel good later
and milk is not poisonous even if you think it’s gross please drink some it rly does help your body
Water hydrates you and it’s good and all but milk has lots of vitamins you should drink some of that too
It’s better than that tea and soda crap u might as well eat an entire bag of sugar for that stuff
