I’m honestly so upset with my art class I really wanted the other teacher but instead I got one that makes me feel like shit
She can’t draw which is kinda weird idk she can only draw like stick figures but she picks on people who are bad at art and actually tells them to “get better” like it’s something u fuckin do overnight

But she talks way too much and literally nothing happens in the class but “sketching”
And she walks around the room giving everyone tips or smth but she ignores me?? I’m so upset my friend told me she hates people that r good at art or something but I’ll be like “you skipped me can you please tell me what I can do with my art to make it better?” And she just tells me to draw more and doesn’t even answer my question

Also she has a book from the 80s about how to draw and it’s horrible and it’s like her fuckin bible she keeps referring to it and it’s so terrible the drawing examples in it are laughably bad it’s for like a second grader

But what rly got me mad was today’s boy sitting next to me made a joke with me when the teacher said don’t copy art and he was like “don’t worry! Her art is too good for me to ever copy” or something idk and she actually fuckin scowls and says “no I mean professional art. I could tell if you copied another students work” and she spat out like every word
I wanna fight her
